Terms and conditions
- Memberships are for a 12 month period
- 4 week notice required for cancellation plus a $50 cancellation fee.
- Appointments can only be rescheduled within the same month, notice required 48 hours prior to appointment time. Failure to do so, results in appointment loss.
- Memberships available only for current clients. All new clients must have one groom with us to be considered for a membership.
- Any additional costs (handling fee, matting fee etc) will need to be paid on the day of your appointment if necessary.
